MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UPGRADE

Following our notice dated 1^st
December,2024, pertaining to the membership management system upgrade, kindly,
follow the step-by-step as guided below to activate your account.

1. Check your membership number:
Go to the website "uploaded membership list" section and find your
membership number. https://zihrm.org.zm/index.php/uploaded-membership-list-2025

2. Click the link: https://membership.zihrm.org.zm/ to
start the process.

3. Reset your password:
Click on the "Reset Password" button.

4. Enter your details: NRC
number and Membership ID number to reset your password.

5. Check your email: An Email
with your new password will be sent to your inbox.

6. Log in: Copy the PASSWORD and MEMBERSHIP
ID to log into the system

I am a Full Member but I found myself on the Associate Members List. Secondly, after resetting the Password, there is no provision to move forward for me to renew the membership.
